Standard repair turnaround is 3-5 business days. We offer a same-day express service for crucial repairs (subject to parts availability). After assessment, we provide a detailed timeline and cost estimate before proceeding with any work.
Yes. All calibration services include a formal calibration certificate documenting the instrument’s performance, the standards used and traceability to national/international measurement standards. These certificates are accepted by Kenya’s regulatory authorities.
All commercial UAV operations in Kenya require KCAA (Kenya Civil Aviation Authority) approval. Our tram handles all permit applications and regulatory compliance o behalf of our clients, including flight notifications, area approvals and pilot licensing.
Yes, for most standard surveying equipment. However, for drone rentals and advanced instruments, we require either proof of competency or enrollment in our training program. We also offer operated hire where one of our technicians accompanies the equipment.
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans and our hire-to-own arrangement for qualifying clients. Government institutions, established comapnies and NGOs may qualify for invoice-based credit terms. Contact our sales team to discuss options for your organization.
